Fall 2010 Newsletter: Update from Director of Housing

Christmas is fast approaching and just like a little child we are ready to unwrap our presents. The closer we get to that day, the slower time seems to move. We have acquired the first lot for our new home construction and should know about the other two by the middle of November. The city has informed us that they would like to finalize the contract during that time as well. Once the contract is finalized, we will begin building our first 3 homes for low-income families. It has been a long wait! The season is finally here and we're praying that Christmas comes a little early for Cornerstone's Housing Development Corporation.
